| 摘 要： | 【目的】总结分析准分子激光上皮瓣下角膜磨镶术（LASEK）的术后并发症及处理。【方法】观察2006年3月至2008年3月在本院行LASEK的593例（1175眼）水后术眼疼痛、角膜上皮下雾状混浊（Haze）、眩光等并发症发生情况。【结果】术后所有患者有不同程度眼病，6眼发生角膜瓣愈合不良，39例患者术后出现Haze，40例患者发生术后眼压升高，13例患者发生屈光回退，14眼患者主诉有眩光，屈光过矫12眼，欠矫5眼。【结论】LASEK是安全有效的手术方法，但是仍有并发症发生。及时正确的处理其并发症非常重要。

| Abstract: | [Objective]To summarize the complications of laser subepithelial keratomileusis （LASEK） and the treatment. [Methods] Between March 2006 and March 2008, LASEK was performed on 1175 eyes of 593 cases. The complications of these patients after operation were observed. [Results]After operation, eye pain occurred in all patients in which bad corneal flap occurred in 6 eyes, haze in 39, elevated intraocular pressure （IOP） in 40 and glare in 14. [Conclusion]LASEK is a safe and effective operation, but complications should be treated timely and correctly. |
