绝经期妇女中医症状、证型特征的调查及分析

目的探讨绝经期妇女中医证型的分布规律,为临床辨证分型的规范化研究提供依据。方法对250例绝经期妇女进行问卷调查,并对其数据进行分析。结果绝经期妇女症状出现几率依次为烘热汗出、失眠、急躁易怒、心悸、疲倦乏力、头晕、头痛等。肝郁气滞、肝虚、肾虚为绝经期妇女常见的三大证型。结论绝经期综合征中医证型以肾虚肝郁为最常见,治疗时应在调补肝肾的基础上注重疏肝解郁。

Investigation and analysis of characteristics of symptoms and syndrome types in menopause women

Objective To investigate the distributive law of syndrome types of menopause women and provide the basis for the standardized research on clinical symptom classification according to syndrome differentiation.Method The questionnaires were given to 250 menopause women and the data from the results were analysed.Result The symptoms and signs in menopause women according to the occurrent rate were as follows in turn: fever and sweating,wakefulness,impetuosity and susceptibility to rage,palpitation,fatigue,dizziness and headache.The common three syndrome types in menopause women were the syndrome of liver depression and qi stagnation,syndrome of liver insufficiency and syndrome of kidney insufficiency.Conclusion The syndromes of kidney insufficiency and liver depression were the most common syndrome types in menopause women.The attention in treatment should be paid to soothing liver to relieve depression on the base of regulation and nourishment of liver and kidney.
