电话消毒液杀菌效果的实验观察

摘    要:目的 为了解含强化戊二醛的电话消毒液的杀菌效果。方法 用含戊二醛300mg/L 对大肠杆菌与金黄色葡萄球菌作用15 分钟,2 000mg/L 对HBsAg 作用30 分钟。结果 含戊二醛300mg/L 可杀灭大肠杆菌与金黄色葡萄球菌99-96 % ;2 000 mg/L 可使HBsAg 转为阴性。结论 该制剂性能稳定,无毒性与刺激性。

Abstract:Objective To explore the germicidal efficacy on telephone disinfection solution which were prepared by applying compound disinfectant solution containing mainly potentiated glutaraldehyde. Methods The experiment used disinfection solution containing 300mg/L with a 15 minute contact time kill Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus and cotaining 2 000mg/L with a 30 minute contact time destroy the HBsAg. Results The results showed that the disinfection solution containing 300mg/L with a 15 minute contact time could kill 99.96% of Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus and containing 2 000mg/L with a 30 minute contact time could destroy the HBsAg. Conclusion The compound disinfection solution was stable and had no irritative and no toxicity. [
