门诊妇科患者阴道念珠菌感染快速药敏方法的研究

目的缩短门诊妇科阴道念珠菌感染患者的药敏报告时间,突破门诊妇科阴道念珠菌感染患者多、而做药敏实验少的瓶颈。方法用鉴定药敏反应板显色法和沙保乐琼脂平板扩散法分别对门诊妇科阴道念珠菌感染患者的白带标本进行直接快速药敏实验,观察两种方法的优缺点,并进行比对和确定。结果改良沙保乐琼脂平板95%的标本能在24 h内长出均匀肉眼可见的菌落,3%的在48 h内长出均匀肉眼可见的菌落;2%的5 d后仍无菌生长;24~48 h后反应板显色法干扰很大,显色不清,结果很难判断。结论采用改良沙保乐琼脂平板扩散法进行念珠菌直接快速药敏,经济适用,可操作性强,能够在24 h内发出药敏报告;鉴定药敏反应板显色法干扰很大,显色不清,结果很难判断,不宜采用。

Study on Rapid Detection Methods for Drug Susceptibility of Vaginal Candida Among Gynecological Outpatients

Objective To shorten the reporting time of drug susceptibility of vaginal candida infection for gynecological outpatients,and to break through the bottlenecks of more outpatients with vaginal candida infection but a few of outpatients accepting drug susceptibility test. Methods Reaction plate coloration method and improved agar plate diffusion method were used respectively to conduct direct and rapid drug susceptibility test on leucorrhea samples which collected from outpatients with vaginal candida infection.The advantages and disadvantages of the two methods were observed,compared and identified. Results The detection results of improved agar plate diffusion method showed that 95% specimens grew uniform and visible colonies within 24 hours,3% specimens grew uniform and visible colonies within 48 hours,and 2% specimens grew nothing after 5 days.The detection results of reaction plate coloration method showed that the reaction was disturbed greatly,the effect of color development was unclear,and it was difficult to judge the results. Conclusions Conducting direct and rapid drug susceptibility testing of vaginal candida by means of improved agar plate diffusion method shows the advantage of strong feasibility,it is economical and practical,and the testing report could obtain within 24 hours.The detection results of reaction plate coloration method shows the disadvantages of great disturbance,unclear color development,and difficult judgment of the result,so the method should not be adopted.
