| 摘 要： | 目的观察肩关节液体松解结合针刀及三氧注射治疗肩周炎的疗效。方法采用肩关节液体松解结合针刀及三氧注射治疗肩周炎38例。结果经1疗程治疗，痊愈29例、好转9例；经两疗程治疗9例，痊愈7例，好转2例。结论肩关节液体松解结合针刀及关节腔内三氧注射治疗肩周炎效果确切。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the curative effect of liquilysis combined with acupotomy and ozone injection for the treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis. Methods Thirty-eight patients were treated with liquilysis combined with acupotomy and ozone injection. Results Recovery was in 29 cases after one course of the treatment, recovery was in 7 cases and good in 2 cases after two cour ses of the treatment. Conclusion The effect of liquilysis combined with acupotomy and ozone injec- tion is satisfactory in treating scapulohumeral periarthritis. |
