| Abstract: | Post standardization training of doctors is the strategic measures for promoting the development of hospital construction.At present,the existing problems in our hospital are the outdated uniform standard,paying no attention to standardized training by the doctors and leaders,and non-standardized assessment criteria.The countermeasures are as follows: establishing definite training system,intensifying publicity and education,and standardizing assessment system. |
