碘伏消毒液毒理学实验研究

目的研究碘伏消毒液使用的安全性,采用动物试验方法进行毒理学安全性评价。方法采用小鼠急性经口毒性、一次破损皮肤刺激、多次完整皮肤刺激、急性眼刺激、一次阴道粘膜刺激试验、微核试验和亚急性毒性试验进行观察。结果本研究中昆明种雌、雄小鼠的急性经口毒性LD50均大于5 000 mg/kg.bw,属实际无毒级;对新西兰家兔的多次完整皮肤刺激、一次破损皮肤刺激、眼刺激均属无刺激性;多次阴道粘膜刺激平均积分为2.0,属于极轻刺激性;小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核试验结果为阴性;亚急性毒性试验,一般生理体征未见异常,血常规、血清生化指标无异常,脏器组织病理学检查未见明显异常。结论碘伏消毒液属实际无毒,亚急性毒性评价无异常改变,对家兔阴道粘膜有极轻度刺激性。

Experimental Study on Toxicity of a Povidone Iodine Disinfectant

Objective To study the safety of using povidone iodine disinfectant,and to conduct toxicological assessment through animal test method. Methods Acute oral toxicity,skin one time and skin more times irritation tests,acute eye irritation,vaginal mucosa irritation,mouse bone marrow polychromatic erythrocyte micronucleus tests and sub-acute toxicity test were conducted and then observed the results. Results Acute oral LD50 of Kunming male and female mice was greater than 5,000mg/kg·bw,and the disinfectant belonged to actually non-toxic grade.No irritation was found on intact skin,damaged hypoderma and eyes of rabbits test.Mild irritation was found on regular vaginal mucosa test.And mouse bone marrow polychromatic erythrocyte micronucleus tests were negative.According to subacute toxicity test,the povidon-iodine disinfectant did not cause abnormalities of growth and blood routine examination,and no observable abnormity was found during pathological examination of viscera. Conclusions The povidone iodine disinfectant presents innocuity and does not present subacute toxicity.Mild irritation is found on regular vaginal mucosa test of rabbits.
