腹腔镜与开腹手术治疗直肠癌患者的疗效对比分析

目的对比分析腹腔镜与开腹直肠癌根治术治疗直肠癌的近期疗效。方法将本院2009年10月-2010年10月就诊的54例直肠癌患者随机分成两组,观察组27例,接受腹腔镜直肠癌根治术;对照组27例,接受开腹直肠癌根治术。结果观察组患者的手术时间显著长于对照组,术后通气时间、住院总时间显著短于对照组,术中出血量显著少于对照组,两组相比差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。两组患者的淋巴结清除个数相比差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。观察组患者术后并发症发生率与对照组相比差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论与开腹直肠癌根治术相比,腹腔镜直肠癌根治术的手术效果相近,术后并发症发生率无增高,但后者还具有术中出血量少、术后恢复快等优点,因此该术式治疗直肠癌患者是安全可行的。

Comparative Analysis of Therapeutic Effect Between Laparoscopic and Open Radical Operation on Rectal Cancer

Objective To comparatively analyze the short-term therapeutic effect between laparoscopic and open radical operation on patients with rectal cancer. Methods Fifty-four patients with rectal cancer hospitalized in the First Hospital of Changsha from October 2009 to October 2010 were divided into two groups.27 patients in observation group were received laparoscopic radical operation,and 27 patients in control group received open radical operation. Results The operation time of observation group was significantly longer than that of control group,the postoperative ventilation time and the total hospitalization time of observation group were significantly shorter than those of control group,the intraoperative blood loss in observation group was significantly less than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significantly between the two groups(P<0.05).No statistically significant difference was found in the number of resected lymph nodes between observation group and control group(P>0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence rate of complications between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusions Compared with the open radical operation,the laparoscopic radical operation has the similar operation therapeutic effect,without higher incidence rate of complications.But the laparoscopic radical operation has the advantages of less intraoperative blood loss and quicker postoperative recovery,and hence,this operation method is safe and feasible for patients with rectal cancer.
