珠海市外商独资企业员工艾滋病健康教育效果观察

目的探讨在外商独资企业员工中开展艾滋病防治知识健康教育的策略方法。方法采用现场发放宣传材料、有奖问答等形式每月对目标人群开展一次大型宣传活动,半年后比较宣传教育前后目标人群艾滋病相关知识及态度的变化,评价宣传活动的效果。结果目标人群对问卷中艾滋病一般知识、传播途径、非传播途径、预防方法四个部分各知识点全部知晓比例分别由宣传干预前的28.2%、65.5%、25.6%和36.4%提升到宣传干预后的52.2%、80.9%、67.3%和73.5%（P均〈0.01）;对HIV/AIDS的持有正确态度的比例明显增加,愿意和HIV/AIDS一起共事以及同一办公场所办公的比例分别由宣传干预前的43.7%和41.9%上升到干预后的69.5%和73.2%（P均〈0.01）。结论艾滋病健康教育干预活动促进了目标人群艾滋病相关知识知晓率的提高以及对艾滋病病毒感染者和病人持有正确态度的比例的增加。

Observation on Effects of AIDS-related Health Education on Workers of Solely Foreign-owned Enterprises in Zhuhai City

Objective To explore the effective and feasible interventions measures of AIDS health education measures among solely foreign-owned enterprises works. Methods Interactive activities included brochures,quiz with reward,and the publicity campaigns were held once a month.We evaluated the effectiveness of intervention by comparing the awareness rate of AIDS and attitude towards HIV/AIDS after six months. Results Awareness rate of AIDS,transmission routes and non-transmission routes of AIDS,common preventive measures among target people improved from 28.2%,65.5%,25.6% and 36.4% to 52.2%,80.9%,67.3% and 73.5%,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).More people had appropriate attitude towards HIV/AIDS after health education,the rate of being ready to be a colleague of HIV/AIDS and being ready to work with HIV/AIDS in a same place improved from 43.7% and 41.9% to 69.5% and 73.2%,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01) before and after the health education. Conclusions The AIDS health education may improve the knowledge about AIDS of the workers,also raise the rate of people own appropriate attitude towards HIV/AIDS.
