805例男男性行为者HIV感染及其影响因素分析

目的了解内蒙古部分男男性行为人群（MSM）艾滋病病毒（HIV）感染率及其影响因素。方法采用分类滚雪球抽样,在MSM聚集的酒吧、浴池、公园、公厕等地点,在知情同意下由经过专业培训的调查员进行的匿名问卷调查,并抽取静脉血检测HIV、梅毒,对影响HIV感染的相关因素进行分析。结果调查了805名MSM,艾滋病知晓率93.17%,不同调查地点的MSM艾滋病防治知识知晓率差异有统计学意义;98.76%的调查对象近6个月报告有过肛交性行为;近6个月与同性肛交安全套坚持使用率55.53%,HIV感染率3.73%,梅毒感染率17.14%。结论 MSM人群中无保护性性行为的比例高,梅毒感染率高,可能促进艾滋病在MSM人群中的快速蔓延,应加强对该人群艾滋病性病知识的宣传教育的同时强化行为干预,有效控制HIV的进一步传播。

Prevalence of HIV Infection and Its Associated Factors Among 805 MSM in Inner Mongolia

Objective To understand HIV prevalence and its influencing factors among men who have sex with men(MSM) in Inner Mongolia. Methods Categorical snowball sampling methods were conducted for participant recruitment.Anonymous questionnaire survey with informed consent was carried out among the participants from Voluntary Counseling &Testing Clinics,gay bars and bathhouses,parks,etc.The participants drew blood for HIV and syphilis test voluntarily.Chisq-test was performed for statistical analysis. Results A total of 805 MSM were surveyed.The awareness rate of HIV/AIDS was 93.17% among MSM overall,but it varied from different recruitment venues.The rate of anal sex during the past 6 months was 98.76% and only 55.53% used condom consistently.The prevalence rates of HIV and syphilis were 3.73% and 17.14%,respectively. Conclusions The rate of unprotected sex behaviors and the prevalence of syphilis are both high among the respondents,which might fuel rapidly the spread of HIV.Therefore,health education and relevant interventions should be strengthened to contain the further spread of HIV.
