| 摘 要： | 超声技术目前已经成功应用到股神经的阻滞中.由于其可以实时显示局部麻醉药物的扩散情况,因此对于绝大多数患者可以很好地评估其阻滞效果,并且超声引导下可以相对容易地将导管置于股神经旁,能达到相对完善的术后镇痛效果.并能降低并发症的发生. |

| Abstract: | Ultrasound guidance has been introduced into femoral nerve block successfully. Based on the direct visualization of the spread of local anesthetic during injection through the catheter, a successful prediction for the femoral block can be made in most patients. The catheter can be easilyplaced by the femoral nerve and provided excellent postoperative pain relief with less complications. |
