丹红注射液治疗冠心病心绞痛对临床症状、血脂及心电图的改善作用研究

目的分析丹红注射液治疗冠心病心绞痛对临床症状、血脂及心电图的改善作用。方法将本院80例冠心病心绞痛住院患者随机分为两组,对照组40例采用常规治疗方法,治疗组40例在常规治疗基础上加用丹红注射液治疗。检测两组患者治疗前后心绞痛疗效、常规心电图ST段改变、血脂水平等指标的变化。结果治疗组心绞痛症状改善的总有效率及心电图总有效率分别为97.5%、95.0%,明显高于对照组的80.0%、77.5%,血脂的改善方面也明显优于对照组,组间差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;两组患者均无明显不良反应发生。结论丹红注射液对冠心病心绞痛患者的临床症状、血脂及心电图均有明显的改善作用,是治疗冠心病心绞痛安全有效的药物。

Study on Improving Effects of Danhong Iniection on Clinical Symptoms, Blood Lipid and Electrocardiogram of Patients with Anpina Pectoris

Objective To investigate the improving effect of clinical symptoms,blood lipid and electrocardiogram of Danhong injection in the treatment of angina pectoris. Methods Eighty cases of hospitalized patients in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups,the control group(n=40) with conventional treatment,the treatment group(n=40) added Danhong injection on the basis of conventional treatment,the angina pectoris,ECG ST segment changes,changes in blood lipid levels and other indicators before and after treatment were detected. Results In treatment group,the angina symptoms improved overall efficiency and total efficiency of ECG were 97.5% and 95.0%,significantly higher than 80.0% and 77.5%,improvement in blood lipids also significantly better than the control group,the differences between two groups were statistically significance(P<0.05);all patients in two groups had no obvious adverse reactions. Conclusions Danhong injection in the treatment of angina pectoris has significant improving action on clinical symptoms,blood lipid and electrocardiogram,is safe and effective drug for treatment of angina pectoris.
