江西省城乡居民糖尿病流行情况及影响因素调查

目的了解江西省城乡居民糖尿病流行情况及其影响因素,为防治策略制订提供参考。方法采用多阶段分层整群抽样的方法,抽取江西省18岁及以上的常住居民进行慢性病流行情况调查,分析糖尿病患病流行情况及相关影响因素。结果糖尿病患病率为7.63%,糖耐量减低患病率6.20%;年龄增大、体质指数高、高血压和高甘油三酯为糖尿病患病危险因素。结论应加强对城乡居民合理膳食、体力活动,定期监测血压和血糖、控制体重的宣传教育和干预。

Survey on Epidemic Situation and Influencing Factors of Diabetes Mellitus Among Urban and Rural Residents in Jiangxi Province

Objective To investigate the prevalence situation of diabetes mellitus and its influencing factors in urban and rural residents of Jiangxi Province,and to provide a reference for making the prevention strategies.Methods With a multi-stage stratified cluster sampling method,we selected permanent residents aged 18 years and above in Jiangxi Province to investigate the epidemic situation of chronic diseases.The prevalence situation of diabetes mellitus and the related influencing factors were analyzed.Results The incidence rate of diabetes mellitus was 7.63%.The incidence rate of impaired glucose tolerance was 6.20%.The increase of age,high body mass index,high blood pressure and high triglycerides were the risk factors for diabetes mellitus.Conclusions Public education and interventions about reasonable diet,physical activity,regular monitoring of blood pressure and blood glucose,and weight control should be strengthened in urban and rural residents.
