重庆市万州区2001-2009年结核病防治规划实施效果评价

目的评价2001-2009年重庆市万州区结核病防治规划的实施效果。方法收集2001-2009年结核病防治工作各类报表、各结核病控制项目终期评估报告、上级督导考核报告等进行分析评估。结果①全面推行现代结核病控制策略,DOTS覆盖面达100%。②建立健全了县、乡、村三级防痨网,结核病报告、登记系统已规范化、标准化。③2001-2009年免费检查可疑肺结核患者44 239例,治疗管理活动性肺结核患者13 959例,初、复治涂阳肺结核患者治愈率分别达93.9%和89.8%。结论实现了＂高发现率＂和＂高治愈率＂,有效的遏制了结核病在万州区的流行和蔓延,取得了明显的社会效益和经济效益。

Evaluation on Implementation Effect of Tuberculosis Control Program in Wanzhou District of Chongqing from 2001 to 2009

Objective To assess the implementation effect of tuberculosis control program in Wanzhou District of Chongqing during the period of 2001~ 2009. Methods The report data and annual summary of tuberculosis(TB) control,final evaluation data as well as supervision and evaluation data during the period of 2001～2009 were collected,analyzed and evaluated. Results Modern TB control strategies were carried out.DOTS coverage rate reached 100%.The county-town-village three-level tuberculosis prevention and control network was established and improved.The reporting and registration system of TB prevention and control was standardized and normalized.A total of 44,239 suspected TB cases were found during the period of 2001～2009,among which,13,959 were diagnosed with active pulmonary tuberculosis.The sputum conversion rates of primary treatment and re-treatment of smear-positive tuberculosis cases were 93.9% and 89.8%,respectively. Conclusions We achieved the "high detection rate" and "high curative rate". A large number of infectious tuberculosis patients were discovered and cured.Spread and prevalence of TB in Wanzhou District of Chongqing were effectively prevented.
