奥扎格雷钠联合阿司匹林及血塞通治疗进展性脑梗死90例临床分析

目的观察奥扎格雷钠联合阿司匹林及血塞通治疗进展性脑梗死的治疗效果。方法将确诊的90例急性进展性脑梗死患者随机分为3组,3组均给予常规对症治疗,并予血塞通静点。在此基础上,观察组1给予奥扎格雷钠静点,观察组2给予奥扎格雷钠静滴及阿司匹林顿服,对照组给予阿司匹林顿服,14 d后观察3组疗效。结果观察组1和2治疗后神经功能缺损评分及疗效与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;且观察组2与观察组1比较差异亦有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论奥扎格雷钠与阿司匹林及血塞通联合治疗进展性脑梗死疗效好,且用药安全。

Clinical Analysis on Ozagrel Sodium Combined with Aspirin and Xuesaitong Injection in Treatment of 90 Cases of Progressive Ischemic Stroke

Objective To observe the therapeutic efficacy of ozagrel sodium combined with aspirin and Xuesaitong injection on treating progressive ischemic stroke. Methods Ninety cases of acute progressive ischemic stroke were randomly divided into three groups: group 1 treated with ozagrel sodium,group 2 treated with ozagrel sodium combined with aspirin,and control group treated with aspirin.All the three groups were received conventional treatment and Xuesaitong injection.The therapeutic effects of the three groups were observed before and after the treatment. Results The neurological defect scores and clinical effects of the cases in group 1 and group 2 were significantly better than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Moreover,there were statistically significant differences in the neurological defect scores and clinical effects between group 1 and group 2(P<0.05). Conclusions The earlier treatment of progressive ischemic stroke with ozagrel sodium combined with aspirin and Xuesaitong injection is safe and effective.
