64排螺旋CT对胃肠间质瘤的诊断价值

目的探讨64排螺旋CT对胃肠道间质瘤的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析12例经手术病理证实的胃肠道间质瘤CT表现。结果肿瘤发生于胃8例,小肠3例,肠系膜1例。其中恶性5例,直径〉5 cm,密度不均匀,伴坏死,呈类圆形或分叶样,边界不清,增强后静脉期明显强化;良性5例,呈类圆形,直径〈5 cm,边界清晰,密度多较均匀,增强后多均匀强化。潜在恶性2例,瘤体密度较均匀。静脉期多平面重建可更清晰显示肿瘤与周围组织的关系。结论 64排CT检查对胃肠间质瘤的定位、定性诊断具有重要价值。

Value of 64-slices spiral-CT in diagnosing the gastrointestinal stromal tumors
