摘    要:目的了解某燃煤发电厂脱硝系统可能存在的主要职业病危害因素,为制定职业病的预防措施提供依据。方法采用职业卫生学调查、工作场所职业病危害因素现场监测和职业健康检查进行综合评价。结果该系统主要存在SO2、NOX、NH3、CO、CO2、炉灰尘、噪声及高温等,现场检测各种结果均符合国家职业卫生标准限值,但是氨灌区等有毒气体处暂无警示宣传牌及应急救治处理预案。结论该项目职业病危害的防护措施可行、有效,但职业卫生管理有待加强。

Abstract:Objective To understand the major occupational hazards possibly in denitrification system of a coal-fired power plant,and to provide a basis for formulating the prevention measures of occupational diseases. Methods The combination of occupational health survey,on-site monitoring of occupational hazards and occupational health check was adopted for analysis and evaluation. Results The main occupational hazards were SO2,NOX,NH3,CO,CO2,furnace dust,noise and high temperature,etc.Those values were in line with the national occupational health standards.The ammonia irrigation and other toxic gases location lacked the warning billboards and emergency treatment handling plan. Conclusions The protective measures of occupational hazards of the project are feasible and effective;but the occupational health management needs to be strengthened.
