| 摘 要： | 目的探讨血清CRP在小儿肺炎中的变化及临床意义。方法选择60例住院的小儿肺炎患者作为观察组,20名健康儿童为对照组。分别行血清CRP检测,并做对比分析。结果各类小儿肺炎CRP差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.01）,而病毒性肺炎组与正常对照组差别无显著性意义（P〉0.05）。结论动态检测血清CRP水平在小儿肺炎的鉴别诊断和治疗中具有重要的临床意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the variation of serum CRP level in children with pneumonia and it＇s clinical significance.Methods 60 patients hospitalized pediatric patients with pneumonia as the observation group, 20 healthy children as control group. Detection of serum CRP, and do comparative analysis, i~esults All kinds of pneumonia in children showed significant differences in CRP（P〈0.01）.There was no significant difference of CRP levels between children with virus pneumonia and healthy children（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Dynamic detection of serum CRP levels in Differential diagnosis and treatment of pneumonia have important clinical significance. |
