中央型肺癌的MRI和CT诊断价值

目的 评估MRI、CT对中央型肺癌诊断价值。方法 对照分析65例均经病理证实中央型肺癌的MRI及CT表现，结果MRI在区分肿块与肺不张的情况，对支气管及胸壁纵隔心血管受累情况的显示，以及肺门纵隔淋巴结的显示更准确：CT在肿瘤定位、大小、形态边缘、密度及有无钙化点优于MRI，但不能区分肿块与实变之肺组织。结论 MRI对中央型肺癌的诊断价值优于CT检查，两者互相补充，不能互相替代。

The Role of MRI and CT in the Diagnosis of Central Pulmonary Carcinona

Objective To evaluate the role of MRI and CT in the diagnosis of central pulmonary carcinona.Materiais and Methods The MRI material of 65 cases of central pulmonary carcinona were analysed, and correlated with CT scans. All the cases were proved by pathology .Results MRI can clearly demonstrate the difference between diagnoses and apelectasis, their invasion on mediastinum and metastasis to lymphonodi. CT scans can provide accurate information in the size, shade, location, structure and density of central pulmonary carcinona. Conclusions MRI has the advantage in the diagnosis of central pulmonary carcinona ,but CT scan is indispensable and must not be instead.
