双膦酸盐在乳腺癌骨转移治疗中的合理应用

骨转移是恶性肿瘤常见的转移部位,治疗原则是以原发疾病全身治疗为主,同时联合应用双膦酸盐药物。该类药物能够降低骨相关事件的发生风险,治疗骨转移引起的高钙血症。在临床实践中应遵循《恶性肿瘤骨转移及骨相关疾病临床诊疗专家共识》合理、规范、及时、长程使用双膦酸盐药物,争取最佳疗效。

Intelligent Use of the Bisphosphonates in the Therapy of Bone Metastases of Breast Cancer

Bone metastasis is the common metastatic site of malignant tumor. The treatment principle of bone metastases is to have the systematic therapy of primary tumor as the main therapeutic schedule and to use bisphosphonates as the supportive therapy simultaneously. The drug can reduce the risk of skeletal-related events and be used in the treatment of hypercalcemia associated with bone metastasis. According to the Expert Consensus on Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment of Malignant Tumor Bone Metastasis and Bone Related Diseases, bisphosphonates should be used reasonably, canonically, timely and in a long-term in the clinical practice for the optimal therapeutic effects.
