摘    要:观察23G光导纤维非接触广角系统巩膜扣带术治疗原发性孔源性视网膜脱离的安全性和有效性。纳入患者28例28只眼,其中,26眼行节段加压术,2眼行节段加压环扎术。结果显示,与术前相比,术后第12月最佳矫正视力显著提升(0.60±0.44 vs 0.22±0.24);眼压由术前的14.6±3.3 mmHg升高至术后第12月的20.3±6.1 mmHg。一次手术网脱复位率96.4%。23G光导纤维非接触广角系统巩膜扣带术能有效治疗原发性孔源性视网膜脱离,且术后并发症少。

Abstract:To observe the therapeutic effect of scleral buckling under non-contact wide-angle viewing system (WAVS) with 23-gauge (23 G) endoilluminator on rhegmatogenous retinal detachment (RRD). With 28 eyes in 28 patients with RRD enrolled in this retrospective study, 26 eyes were performed to segmental buckling, while 2 eyes received segmental buckling combined with circular buckling. The results showed, compared to preoperative eyes, the best corrected visual acuity(BCVA) was significantly improved (0.60±0.44 vs 0.22±0.24), and the intraocular pressure (IOP) was increased from 20.3±6.1mm to 20.3±6.1mmHg in the postoperative eyes. The reset rate of retinal defachment was 96.4% in one operation. Scleral buckling performed under WAVS and a cannula-based 23 G endoilluminator could achieve a good surgical outcome for the treatment of RRD with less postoperative complications.
