现代物流系统在一体化中心药房的应用与管理

目的：探讨现代物流系统在我院一体化住院药房/PIVAS的应用成效与管理措施。方法：介绍我院智能化轨道物流传输系统和气动物流系统的运作模式，并结合一体化药房实际使用情况不断进行优化，以适应工作需要。结果：现代物流系统在一体化住院药房/PIVAS运作良好，可以根据药品性质选择合适的物流方式，住院药房/PIVAS均以智能化轨道物流传输系统作为首选的运输工具，气动物流系统为辅助方式。结论：现代物流系统能保障药品及时发放，具有可溯源性，可提高医院精细化管理水平，是未来医院物流管理的发展方向。

Application and Management of Modern Logistics System in Integrated Central Pharmacy

OBJECTIVE: To explore the application effect and management measures of modern logistics system in integrated inpatient pharmacy/PIVAS in our hospital. METHODS: This paper introduces the operation modes of intelligent track logistics transmission system and pneumatic logistics transmission system in our hospital, and optimizes them continuously according to the actual use of integrated pharmacy to meet the needs of work. RESULTS: Modern logistics system operates well in integrated inpatient pharmacy/PIVAS. The appropriate logistics mode can be selected according to the nature of drugs. Intelligent track logistics transmission system is the preferred transport tool for inpatient pharmacy/PIVAS, and pneumatic logistics transmission system is the auxiliary mode. CONCLUSIONS: Modern logistics system can guarantee timely distribution of drugs, has traceability, and can improve the level of hospital fine management. It is the development direction of hospital logistics management in the future.
