房性期前收缩诱发阵发性心房颤动的研究现状

近年来,国内外对阵发性心房颤动诱发因素的研究提示,房性期前收缩是阵发性心房颤动的主要诱发因素之一,也是一个独立危险因素。在无心房颤动病史人群中房性期前收缩的发生率较高,且阵发性心房颤动患者的频发房性期前收缩并不总能诱发心房颤动,有必要分析房性期前收缩与心房颤动发作之间的相关性。对其相关心电图特征进行总结,对预防与控制阵发性心房颤动的发生具有重要意义。

Research of Atrial Premature Beat Induced Paroxysmal Atrial Fibrillation

The researches on the inducement mechanism of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation, home and abroad ,in recent years indicate that atrial premature heat is one of the main causative factors of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation,and also a independent risk factor. The incidence of atrial premature beat is high in patients without history of atrial fibrillation and recurrent atrial premature beat. Patients with paroxymal atrial fibrillation don not always induce atrial fibrillation,it is necessary to analize the relation of atrial premadture beat and paroxysmal. The summary on the character of electrocardiograph（ECG） has significant senses on preventing and controlling the ocnrrence of paroxysmal atrial fibrillation.
