| 摘 要： | 本文采用辨病与辨证相结合,临床与实验相结合的方法,对慢性萎缩性胃炎进行了较为系统的研究,认为脾虚血瘀是慢性萎缩性胃炎的重要病理机制,运用温中健脾、活血化瘀法进行治疗有助于增强疗效,并得到了临床和实验研究的证实.

| Abstract: | Patients with chronic atrophic gastritis were studied according to TCM zheng- differentiation and as well WM disease-differentiation, both clinically and experimentally. It is believed that blood stasis due to spleen-asthenia is the main pathogenesis of the disease and therefore the therapy of warming the middle-jiao to invigorate the spleen and activating blood circulation to remove blood stasis can contribute to an excellent curative effect, which has been proved by clinical practice and experimental study. |
