| Abstract: | A 9-year-old boy presented with recurrent episodes of hypoglycemic seizures. He had classical facies and body asymmetry suggestive of Russell-Silver syndrome. On evaluation, he was found to have ketotic hypoglycemia with growth hormone deficiency. |
