| 摘 要： | 目的了解新生儿病区的病原菌分布及其耐药性,为有效预防和控制新生儿医院感染提供依据。方法对新生儿病区2009年4月-2011年3月,临床标本分离培养的细菌及耐药情况进行调查分析。结果共检出病原菌290株,其中革兰阳性菌174株占60.00%,革兰阴性菌106株占36.55%,真菌10株占3.45%,产ESBLs的肺炎克雷伯菌和大肠埃希菌分别为62.96%、38.89%,MRSA检出率为50.00%。结论通过病原学监测,了解细菌分布及其耐药趋势,对合理选择抗菌药物,控制耐药菌株产生,有效预防新生儿感染有重要意义。
