泌尿生殖道支原体属的检测及耐药性分析

目的了解冀中地区泌尿生殖道标本中解脲脲支原体(Uu)和人支原体(Mh)致病机制及药物敏感性分析,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法采用支原体属培养、鉴定、计数及药敏一体化测试盒对185例在医院性病门诊疑似非淋球菌尿道炎的就诊患者进行检测分析。结果 185例泌尿生殖道支原体属感染患者标本中,其中Uu对12种抗菌药物敏感性较高的是交沙霉素、克拉霉素、多西环素,敏感率分别为97.3%、96.4%、93.7%;Mh对12种抗菌药物敏感性较高的是多西环素、交沙霉素,敏感率分别为96.6%、93.2%;UU+MH混合感染显示对药物的耐药率均比单纯UU感染耐药高。结论医院治疗支原体属感染首选交沙霉素、多西环素,为临床合理、有效治疗提供了试验数据。

Detection of mycoplasma from genitourinary tract and analysis of drug resistance
