| 摘 要： | 目的调查医院近5年临床科室抗菌药物使用和细菌学检查情况,分析存在的问题,为医院合理使用抗菌药物的管理提供依据。方法采取回顾性调查方法,对2006年1月-2010年6月所有临床科室出院病历抗菌药物使用情况和细菌学检查进行调查统计分析。结果 5年抗菌药物使用率为73.8%,治疗用病原学送检率31.4%,其中,内科系统抗菌药物使用率为61.9%,治疗用病原学送检率为42.6%,外科系统抗菌药物使用率为82.3%,治疗用病原学送检率为20.4%;在使用抗菌药物患者中,单用的30 879例,占80.3%,二联6940例,占18.0%,≥三联646例,占1.7%。结论医院抗菌药物使用率较高,细菌标本送检率较低,因此应采取综合措施,加强抗菌药物合理应用的管理,特别是需要关注外科抗菌药物的合理使用。
