东方香蒲花粉化学成分的研究

 目的：研究东方香蒲(Typha　orientalis　Presl.)花粉的化学成分,为研究其药理作用提供依据。方法：利用溶剂提取和硅胶柱层析、聚酰胺柱层析进行分离,根据化合物理化性质和光谱数据鉴定其结构。结果：得到5种化合物,分别鉴定为：5α-豆甾烷-3,6-二酮(Ⅰ)、赤藓醇(Ⅱ)、柚皮素(Ⅲ)、异鼠李素-3-O-α-L-鼠李糖基(1→2)-β-D-葡萄糖苷Ⅳ和异鼠李素-3-O(2^G-α-L-鼠李糖基)-α-L-鼠李糖基(1→6)-β-D-葡萄糖苷（香蒲新苷,V）。结论：5种成分均为首次从该植物中获得,其中Ⅱ为首次在香蒲属植物中发现。

Chemical constituents of the pollen of Typha orientalis

OBJECTIVE: To investigate the chemical constituents of the pollen of Typha orientalis Presl.. METHODS: Compounds were separated by solvent extraction and rechromatography on silica gel and polyamide-6, whose structures were determined by spectral analysis and chemical evidence. RESULTS: Five compounds were obtained and elucidated as 5α-stigmastan-3, 6-dione(Ⅰ) , D-erythritol(Ⅱ) , naringetin(Ⅲ) , isorhamnetin-3-O-α-L-rhamnosyl (1→2)-β-D-glucopyranoside and isorhamnetin-3-O(2^G-α-L-rhamnosyl (1→6)-β-D-glucopyranoside (typhaneoside, Ⅴ). CONCLUSION: All the compounds were isolated from the plant, and Ⅱ was first found from the genus Typha.
