CD44V6、突变型p53和PCNA在胃癌中的表达及意义

目的 探讨CD44V6、突变型p53、PCNA在胃癌中的表达及其与生物学行为的关系。方法 应用免疫组织化学S-P法研究了68例胃癌组织中CD44V6、突变型p53、PCNA的表达。结果 68例胃癌CD44V6阳性表达率44.1％(30/68),其表达与胃癌组织类型的分化等级、浸润程度和有无淋巴结转移明显相关(P<0.05)。突变型p53在68例胃癌中阳性检出率为51.5％(35/68),其表达与胃癌的组织学类型及分化程度无相关性,而与浸润深度和有无淋巴结转移显著相关(P<0.05)。PCNA的表达与病理分级、浸润深度显著相关(P<0.05)。结论 CD44V6、突变型p53蛋白和PCNA可作为评价胃癌预后的重要指标。

The expression and significance of CD44V6,mutant p53 and PCNA in gastric cancer

Objective To evaluate the expression of CD44V6, mutant p53 and PCNA in gastric cancer and to investigate its relationship to histopathological features. Methods The expression of CD44V6, mutant p53 and PCNA was evaluated in 68 specimens of gastric cancer by immunohistochemistry. Results The positive rate of CD44 V6 was 44.1%(30/68). The expression of CD44 V6 was related to histological type, degree of infiltration and lymph node metastasis. The difference was significant between the two groups ( P < 0.05). The positive rate of mutant p53 was 51.5% . The expression of p53 was related to depth of infiltration and lymph node metastasis. The difference was significant between the two groups (P < 0.05) . The expression of PCNA was related to pathological grade and depth of infiltration. The difference was significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion CD44V6, mutant p53 and PCNA may be used as hopeful markers for predicting the metastasis potential of gastric carcinoma and the prognosis of these patients.
