腹腔镜治疗卵巢囊肿蒂扭转10例效果分析

目的探讨腹腔镜在诊断和治疗卵巢囊肿蒂扭转方面的应用价值。方法对2005年1月—2009年1月10例经腹腔镜诊断和治疗的卵巢囊肿蒂扭转患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果10例中有9例（90%）临床表现为急性腹痛;6例术前诊断为卵巢囊肿蒂扭转;10例均经腹腔镜确诊并于镜下完成治疗,其中行患侧附件切除术9例,蒂扭转复位后行卵巢囊肿剥出术1例,平均手术时间70.6min,平均出血20.7ml,无手术并发症发生。结论腹腔镜对早期诊断卵巢囊肿蒂扭转有重要价值,在诊断的同时治疗卵巢囊肿蒂扭转安全有效。

10 Cases Result Analysis of Treatment of Ovarian Torsion through Laparoscopy Diagnosis

OBJECTIVE To explore the value of laparoscopy in the diagnosis and treatment of ovarian torsion. METHODS The clinical data of 10 patients with ovarian torsion diagnosed and treated by laparoscopy from Jan, 2005 to Jan, 2009 were reviewed retrospectively. RESULTS 9 cases（90%）presented acute abdominal pain. 6 cases got correct preoperative diagnosis. All of the cases were diagnosed and treated by laparoscopy. Among them, 9 cases underwent adnexectomy, and detorsion and cystectomy were performed in 1 case. The mean operating time was 70.6 min, and the mean blood loss was 20.7ml. All of the cases had no complications. CONCLUSIONS Laparoscopy is valuable in early diagnosis of ovarian torsion, and the laparoscopic therapy of ovarian torsion is safe and effective.
