85例海洛因滥用者体液免疫与临床研究

本文对85例海洛因滥用者的体液免疫(IgG、IgM、IgA)变化与临床表现、实验检查及滥用剂量、时间、方式之间的关系进行了分析,结果表明:滥用者的IgM显著增高、IgA下降;IgM变化与滥用剂量呈正相关;与IgA呈负相关;Ig变化与滥用时间长短无关;注射海洛因者的IgM、IgG明显高于烫吸者的。另外滥用者的临床表现、实验检查结果明显异常,提示海洛因滥用者的体液免疫与临床症状、实验检查结果相关。

STUDY ON HUMORAL IMMUNITY AND CLINICAL SYNDROMES OF 85 CASES OF HEROIN ADDICTS

This paper analysed the relationship between humoral immunity and the clinical syndromes, experimental evidence, doses abused, duration and model of drug abuse in 85 heroin addicts. The results showed that there was significant increase in IgM and decrease in IgA of the addicts; high positive correlation between doses abused and IgM; Negative correlation between doses abused and IgA; no relations between Ig and duration of drug abuse; more significant increase in IgM and IgG in intravenous abusers than in inhaling ones; heroin addicts showed significant abnormality in clinical syndromes and experimental evidence. It suggested that there exist correlation between humoral immunity of heroin addicts and clinical syndromes and experimental evidence.
