| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨内皮抑素(Endostatin)在口腔鳞状细胞癌(oral squamous cell carcinoma,OSCC)中的表达及其与血管生成的关系。方法:采用免疫组化法对50例OSCC肿瘤组织、22例正常口腔粘膜组织进行Endostatin、CD34免疫组化染色。检测OSCC组和正常口腔粘膜组中Endostatin的表达和微血管密度(MVD),并分析Endostatin表达与MVD之间,以及它们与OSCC临床病理特征之间的关系。结果:在正常口腔粘膜组与OSCC组中,Endostatin阳性表达率的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),Endostatin在OSCC中的表达与临床分期、分化程度、有无淋巴结转移无关(P>0.05);OSCC中Endostatin表达与MVD无相关关系(P>0.05)。结论:OSCC的侵袭性可能与Endostatin表达下调有关。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the expression of endostatin and the role of endostatin in the regulation of angiogenesis in human oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC).Methods:Endostatin and CD34 were detected by immunohistochemical technique in 22 cases of normal oral mucosa and 50 cases of OSCC.
