乳腺导管扩张症（附121例报告）

目的：探讨乳腺导管扩张症的病因，病理，临床分型，诊断与治疗，方法：分析1961年至1998年经手术病理证实的乳腺导管扩张症121例的临床资料。结果：根据临床表现可分为5种类型，即隐匿，肿块，脓肿，瘘管及共存型，提出诊断乳腺导管扩张症时应注意7点，根据临床分型可分别采用非手术疗法和不同的手术方式；乳管切除术，肿块局部切除术，乳腺区段切除术，单纯乳房切除术，切开引流术，瘘管切除术，乳房根治术。结论：乳腺导管扩张症有5种临床类型。根据临床表现，乳腺X线照片，乳腺导管造影及细针穿刺抽吸细胞学检查可以做出诊断，手术是治疗的主要手段。

MAMMARY DUCT ECTASIA (A REPORT OF 121 CASES)

Objective :To investigate the etiology, pathology, clinical typing, diagnosis and treatment of mammary duct ectasia. Methods: Analyzing the clinical data of 121 cases of mammary duct ectasia proved by operation and pathology from 1961 to 1998. Results:It can be divided into 5 types by clinical manifestation: latent, mass, abscess, fistula and coexist type.7 points for attention while diagnosis were raised in the article, Patients can be treated by conservative treatment or operation, which includes ductecto-my, lumpectomy, segmentectomy, simple mastectomy, incision and drainage, fistulectomy and radical mastectomy. Conclusion :There are 5 clinical types of mammary duct ectasia. Diagnosis can be drawn by clinical manifestation, mammogram, galactography and fine needle aspiration biopsy.Operation is the main method to cure the disease.
