| 摘 要： | 目的 寻求复杂肾结石的有效微创治疗方法。方法 采用经皮肾穿刺扩张后置入德国STORZ F16 TROCAR套管，建立微造瘘通道后同期经皮肾输尿管镜气压弹道碎石治疗17例肾结石合并肾盏多发鹅卵形结石。结果 一期一次取净10例，3～5d二次取净5例，其余2例二次取石后肾下极肾盏内仍有小块结石残留，经体外震波碎石后结石排空，17例病人平均住院8．8d，术中及术后未出现并发症。结论 该术式可进入大部分肾盏，具有创伤小、并发症少、取石效率高等特点。

| Abstract: | Objective: To evaluate the effect of percutaneous small tract puncture nephrostomy ureteroscopy through the TROCAR as a treament for complex kidney calculi.Methods:Percutaneous small tract puncture nephrostomy followed by endo-ureteroscopic lithotripsy through the channel of the F16 trocar in the corresponding period was carried out in 17 cases of renal stone with multiple renal stones in the calyx .Results: The stones were cleared off at one section in 10 cases,two sections in 5 and other 2 cases were cured by ESWL after two sections,17cases had been in hospital for 8.8 days averagely without any complications.Conclusions:It is less invasive,effective and without any complications. |
