老年Ⅱ型糖尿病脂蛋白(a)的测定及临床意义

目的：了解脂蛋白（a）和老年II型糖尿病血管并发症的关系。方法：对老年II型糖尿病包括血管并发症和无血管并发症病人及老年对照组进行脂蛋白（a）、血脂、载脂蛋白和空腹血糖测定。结果：老年II型糖尿病血管并发症组Lp(a)、TC、TG、Apob100、LDL-ch显著高于老年对照组；HDL-ch和ApoAl显著低于对照组；老年II型糖尿病无血管并发症组Lp(a)，TG显著高于老年对照组，HDL-ch显著低于对照组；老年II型糖尿病血管并发症组Lp(a)和FPG呈显著正相关，老年II型糖尿病Lp(a)和TC、TG、HDL-ch、LDL-ch、ApO显著不相关。结论：脂蛋白（a）与老年II型糖尿病血管并发症密切相关。

DETERMINATION OF LIPOPROTEIN(a) AND ITS CLINICAL SIGNIFICANCE IN ELDERLY TYPE 2 DIABETES MELLITUS

Objective:To investigate the relationship between the levels of serum lipoprotein (a) and vascular complication in elderly type 2 diabetes mellitus (DM).Methods:The levels of serum lipids,Apo,Lp(a) and FPG in elderly type 2 DM cases(including with and without vascular complication) and elderly control group were determined.Results:The levels of Lp(a),TC,TG,ApoB 100 ,LDL-ch in eldely type 2 DM with vascular complication were significantly lower than those in control group;the Lp(a),TG in elderly type 2 DM without vascular complication were significantly higher than those in control group,the HDL-ch were significantly lower than control group.Lp(a) was significantly related to FPG in elderly type 2 DM with vascular complication;Lp(a) was not significantly related to TC,TG,HDL-ch,LDL-ch,Apo in elderly type 2 DM.Conclusions:There might be some relationship between high Lp(2) and vascular complication in elderly type 2 DM.
