细针针吸细胞学在卵巢肿瘤诊断中的意义

目的探讨细针针吸细胞学(FNA)在卵巢肿瘤诊断中的准确率及临床应用意义.方法对195例16～82岁患者的卵巢肿块进行细针针吸卵巢肿块细胞学涂片检查,并与手术后卵巢组织学及临床随访比较.结果 68例卵巢癌中,54例细胞学检查找到可疑肿瘤细胞,阳性率为79.4%.55例卵巢良性囊肿细胞学检查与组织学均相符,准确率100%.针吸细胞学与组织病理学比较无显著性差异(P>0.05).非赘生性囊肿72例,细胞学检查均未见肿瘤细胞,临床随诊避免了妇科手术.结论 FNA在检查卵巢肿瘤中准确度比较高,简单快捷,具有临床使用价值.

Significance of fine-needle aspiration cytologic in the diagnoses of ovarian tumor

Objective To study the value of fine needle aspiration cytologic in the diagnosis and clinical monitoring of ovarian tumor.Methods The fine needle aspiration used in 195 ovarian cysts from women between sixteen to eighty two years old.The results of smear checking was compared with post operative ovarian histology and clinical visit of patient.Results In 68 cases of ovarian carcinomas,54 cases were correctly diagnosed by cytology, the positive rate was 79.4 %.In 55 cases of benign cysts the diagnostic sensitivity was 100%.No significance was found between fine needle aspiration and histology ( P >0.05).In 72 cases of non neoplasm ovarian cysts has no tumor cell by cytology.Gynecologic operation has been avoided in clinical visit.Conclusions FNA has high accuracy in checking ovarian tumor.It is simple and quick and has useful value in clinical cases.
