海南省特定人群梅毒感染情况调查分析

目的通过调查掌握目前海南省梅毒的发病趋势和流行特点,为政府部门制定防治政策提供科学依据.方法用RPR筛检,TPHA核实,于1999年9月～2000年5月对海南省四类特定人群共15 999名(其中无偿献血员10 098名,饮服业从业人员4921名,妇教所收教卖淫妇女560名,戒毒所吸毒人员420名)进行了梅毒感染情况调查.结果 15 999名受检人员中,共查出梅毒感染者199名,阳性率1.24%;无偿献血员、饮服业从业人员、卖淫妇女、吸毒人员中梅毒阳性率分别为0.39%、0.61%、18.04%、6.90%;其中卖淫妇女和吸毒人员梅毒阳性率明显高于其它两组.结论海南省梅毒发病大幅增加,并正以卖淫妇女和吸毒者为核心人群向普通人群蔓延流行,加强梅毒控制已刻不容缓.

A Survey of Syphilis Prevalence among Special Groups of Population in Hainan

Objective To understand the characteristics and trend of syphilis prevalence in Hainan and provide the local government with scientific evidence to formulate strategies for STD prevention and control. Methods From September 1999 to May 2000,15 999 serum samples were collected from four groups of population including 10 098 voluntary blood donors, 4 921 restaurant and hotel employees, 560 female sex workers taken in by the women education centers and 420 drug users. All the samples were screened by RPR and confirmed by TPHA. Results Among 15 999 samples, 199 ones were confirmed to be infected with syphilis, with a positive rate of 1.24% .The positive rates in the different groups were:0.39% in blood donors,0.61 % in restaurant and hotel employees, 18.04% in female sex workers, and 6.90% in drug users.The positive rates in groups of sex workers and drug users was much higher than in the other two groups. Conclusion The results showed that the incidence of syphilis was on a rapid increase and it was spreading from the core groups( sex workers and drug users)to the general population.Strengthening syphilis control is a matter of urgency.
