粘停宁在甲状腺手术中的应用探析

目的:探讨甲状腺手术后使用医用粘停宁预防术后粘连的效果。方法:回顾性分析甲状腺外一科2012年6月至2013年1月行甲状腺手术的180例患者的临床资料,其中应用粘停宁80例(观察组),未用粘停宁100例(对照组),分别于术后15 d、1个月、3个月、6个月采用数字评分法对患者颈部舒适度进行评分。结果:两组患者颈部不适感在术后15 d、1个月、3个月、6个月比较,观察组评分明显优于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:医用粘停宁对预防甲状腺术后术区粘连效果满意,值得临床推广应用。

Application of medical chitin degraded membrane in thyroidectomy

Objective： To investigate the effects of medical chitin degraded membrane on preventing adhesion after thyroidectomy. Methods： 108 patients treated with tbyroidectomy from June 2010 to January 2013 were analyzed retrospectively. 80 cases treated with medical chitin degraded mem- brane were defined as observation group, while 100 cases not treated with medical chitin degraded membrane were defined as control group. Comfort levels of neck were scored on the 15th day, 1 month, 3 months and 6 months after thyroidectomy respectively. Results ： Comfort levels of neck in two groups showed significant differences on the 15th day, 1 month, 3 months and 6 months after thyroidectomy respectively, the scores of the observation group were lower than control group （P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion ： Medical chitin degraded membrane could efficiently prevent post-surgical ad- hesion and should be applied wildly in thyroidectomy.
