| 摘 要： | 目的探讨三氯乙烯中毒病例的主要临床表现并分析其死亡原因。方法测定患者的工作场所空气中三氯乙烯浓度，调查病人的主要症状与体征，对病人进行血常规、尿常规和肝功能检查。结果三氯乙烯中毒病人出现皮肤红斑、皮疹、巩膜黄染、肝肿大、肝功能明显异常，ALT 538U／L，AST 426．7U／L，T—BIL 219μmol／L，患者因昏迷、呼吸心跳停止而死亡。结论三氯乙烯中毒主要引起皮肤和肝脏损害，病情进展迅速，治疗不及时或治疗不当易导致死亡。

| Abstract: | [Objective]To explore the major clinical manifestations of trichloroethylene poisoning and analyze the causes for death.[Methods]Trichloroethylene concentration in the workplace air was determined;examination was done on the patient's symptoms,signs,regular blood test,regular urine test and liver function.[Results]Trichloroethylene-poisoned patients were found with red specks,skin rash,yellow sclera,enlarged liver and abnormal liver function;ALT 538U/L,AST 426.7U/L,T-BIL 219 mol/L,and finally died of coma,respiration failure and heart failure.[Conclusion]Trichloroethylene poisoning mainly causes skin and liver damages,deteriorates rapidly and might causes death in case of improper treatment. |
