子宫颈癌术后补充放疗的临床分析

摘    要:目的:探讨子宫颈癌术后补充放疗的临床价值。方法:对术前诊断错误、按良性肿瘤治疗、手术适应证不符、术后肿瘤复发的58例进行分析。单纯放疗33例,放疗辅助化疗25例。其中术后有高危因素而行放疗21例,阴道残端复发7例,盆腔复发6例,髂总和腹膜后淋巴结转移而行全盆及沿主动脉区延伸放疗14例。结果:放疗后3年生存率为34.3%(12/35),5年生存率为22.9%(8/35)。结论:术前尽可能明确诊断、严格把握手术适应证,术后需做补救治疗者应尽早,以急取较好的疗效。

Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical effect of postoperative radiotherapy in cervical cancer.Methods Supplementary radiotherary was provided;for preoperative misdiagnosis as benign tumors;Imadequate operative indications;with high risk factors and recurrence of the malignancy after operation.Among 58 patients,21 received postoperative radiotherapy because of high risk factors,17 for vaginal stump recurrences,6 for intrapelvic recurrences,14 patients received whole pelvic and extended field irradiation for common iliac or para aortic lymph nodes metastases.Results The results were directly obtained on the basis of life table analysis method.The survival rate of those treated with only radiotherapy was 34.3% for 3 years and 22.9% for 5 years respectively.Conclusion Before operation unambiguous diagnosis and clear operative indication should be made.Adequate radiotherapy,if neccesary should be provided as early as possible to ensure better results.
