国内外生物制药的现状及我国基因工程制药产业发展对策

目的 :为促进我国基因工程制药产业快速健康发展提供对策及政策建议。方法 :1997年对全国452个从事生物技术研究开发和生产的单位进行问卷调查 ,1999年又对30个已有基因工程药物或疫苗上市的企业进行跟踪问卷调查 ,并实地考察部分生物制药企业。结果 :介绍了国内外生物制药的现状及特点 ,分析了我国基因工程制药产业发展所面临的困难和存在的问题。结论 :较之国外生物制药产业规模差距很大 ,奋起直追 ,一方面需要制定合理的产业发展战略规划和政策 ;另一方面亟待规范国内医药市场。

The Present Situation of Biopharmaceutics in the World and Developmental Strategy of Genetic Engineering Pharmaceutical Industry in China

OBJECTIVE:To provide strategy and policy for promoting sound and rapid development of genetic engineering pharmaceutical industry in China.METHODS:452 units,engaging in research,development and production of biotechnic products,were investigated with questionnaires in 1997;30 enterprises which had genetic engineering pharmaceutics or vaccines appearing on the market were followed up with questionnaires in 1999 and on-the-spot investigation was carried out in part of these enterprises.RESULTS:The present situation and characteristics of biopharmaceutics were introduced and the difficulties and existing problems in development of domestic genetic engineering pharmaceutic industry were analysed.CONCLUSION:There is a wide gap in scale of biopharmaceutics between China and foreign countries,so proper industry development strategy and policy should be established and domestic drug market should be comformed to standard speedily.
