摘    要:目的探讨1.5T高场磁共振在胼胝体变性(MBD)诊断及鉴别诊断中的应用价值。方法 MBD患者8例(其中急性型5例,亚急性型3例)均经MR检查,常规行矢状面T2WI序列扫描,轴位T1WI、T2WI、T2WIFlAIR、DWI序列扫描。结果 8例均表现为胼胝体肿胀,膝部和(或)压部见等或长T1长T2信号,FLAIR高信号,6例表现为DWI弥散受限。所有病变呈对称分布。T2WI矢状位表现为"夹心蛋糕征"典型征象。结论原发性胼胝体变性具有特征性影像学表现,MR检查对其早期诊断有重要价值。

The value of 1.5T high field MR imaging of Marchiafava Bignami disease

Abstract:Objective To study the MR imaging findings of Marchiafava Bignami disease(MBD) and investigate the value of 1.5T MRI in MBD.Methods Eight patients with MBD(acute type in 5 case and subacute type in 3 cases) all received MR scans.Sagittal T2WI scans were acquired routinely,and as well with axial T1WI,T2WI,T2WI FLAIR,and DWI.Results 8 cases of MBD involving the entire corpus callosum located in the genu and splenium.The lesions were bilateral symmetrical.These lesions were iso or hypointense on T1WI and hyperintense on T2WI.The FLAIR(fluid attenuated inversion recovery) sequence showed bright signal intensities in the corresponding lesions.And six of them demonstrated that bright signal intensities in the corresponding lesions on DWI(diffusion weighed imaging).T2WI sagittal plane showed "a layer cake" like sign.Conclusion The MBD had variation clinical features but neuroimaging characteristics were identified.MR was proved to be an efficient method for early diagnosis.
