血液透析治疗急性肾功能衰竭40例疗效观察

目的观察血液透析治疗急性肾功能衰竭的临床疗效。方法80例急性。肾功能衰竭患者随机分为观察组和对照组各40例，对照组给予常规内科对症支持治疗，观察组在对照组治疗的基础上采用血液透析，比较两组的疗效、住院时间和并发症。结果观察组的总有效率为92．5％，显著高于对照组的70．O％（P〈0．05）；两组患者治疗后生命体征和生化指标比较均显著改善，观察组各指标与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；观察组的住院时间为（15．3±4．6）d，对照组为（24．5±5．3）d，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；观察组并发症的发生率为15．0％，显著低于对照组的37．5％（P〈0．05）。结论血液透析治疗急性肾功能衰竭患者具有良好的疗效，可以缩短患者治疗周期，减少并发症的发生，值得在临床推广使用。

Clinical observation of hemodialysis treatment for 40 cases of acute renal failure

Objective To observe the clinical effect of hemodialysis treatment for acute renal failure（ARF）. Methods 80 cases of the patients were randomly divided into test group and control group, 40 cases in each group. The control group were given conventional treatment, the test group was given hemodialysis treatment on the base of control group. Compare the clinical effects, hospital stay and complication of the two groups. Results The total effective rate of test group was 92. 5%, significantly higher than control group＇ s 70. 0% （P 〈 0. 05 ）. After treatment, vital signs and biochemical parame ters were significantly improved in the two groups, and the test group improved more signifieantly（P 〈0. 05 ）. The hospital stay of test group was 15.3 ±4. 6d, and the control group was 24. 5 ±5. 3d, there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups（ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The incidence of complications of test group was 15.0%, significantly lower than con-trol group＇ s 37.5% （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The clinical effect on of hemodialysis treatment for ARF is satisfactory, cut down the treatment time and reduce the incidence of complications, is worthy of clinical use.
