NT—proBNP在心力衰竭诊断和治疗中的价值

目的探讨NT—proBNP在心力衰竭的诊断与治疗中的应用价值。方法选取昆山市第四人民医院2012年3月—2013年3月80例心力衰竭患者为研究组，并选取同期健康体检的80例对象为对照组，分别测定两组血清中NT—proBNP含量水平。结果研究组患者血清中NT—proBNP含量水平明显的高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；在研究组中，随着心功能分级的增加，患者血清中的NT—proBNP含量水平也在不断增加（P〈0．05）；治疗后不同心功能分级的患者血清中NT—proBNP含量较治疗前有明显的降低（P〈0．05）。结论测定血清中NT—proBNP含量能够有效对心力衰竭患者进行诊断，且可以依据不同的含量水平进行判断心功能障碍程度。同时，可以将其作为指导临床治疗心力衰竭的重要生化指标。

Value of NT- proBNP in diagnosis and treatment of heart failure

Objective To investigate the NT - proBNP in the diagnosis and treatment of heart failure in the application. Methods A hospital in March 2012 to March 2013 between the 80 cases of heart failure patients for the study group, and select the corresponding period in healthy subjects were 80 cases of the control group, both groups were measured in serum levels of NT - proBNP. Results The study group serum NT - proBNP levels were sigriificantly higher content of the case, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; In the study group, with an increase in cardiac func- tion, patients with sei＇um NT - proBNP concentration level is constantly increasing （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; cardiac function after treatment in patients with different serum NT - proBNP levels than before treatment significantly reduced （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions The clinical determination of serum NT - proBNP levels in patients with heart failure can effectively diagnose and can be based on different levels of cardiac dysfunction to judge the degree. Meanwhile, it can be used as an important guide clinical biochemical treatment of heart failure.
