| 摘 要： | 目的研究血清半胱氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂C检测对肿瘤化疗患者早期肾损伤的诊断意义。方法选择在玉林市红十字会医院进行化疗的恶性肿瘤患者作为观察组，选择同期体检的健康者作为对照组，检测内生肌酐清除率（Ccr）、血肌酐水平（Scr）、血尿素氮含量（Urea）和半胱氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂C（CysC）的水平。结果观察组Ccr、CysC明显高于对照组，Scr、Urea和对照组无显著差异；在。肾功能I期和Ⅱ期的患者中，CysC异常的检出率达到58．3％和76．7％，明显高于Scr和Urea异常的检出率；在肾功能Ⅲ期和Ⅳ期的患者中，CysC异常的检出率和Scr和Urea异常的检出率无明显差别。结论血清半胱氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂C检测对肿瘤化疗患者早期肾损伤的诊断具有积极意义。

| Abstract: | Objective Study the diagnosis value of serum cystatin C detection to tumor chemotherapy patients with early renal injury. Methods select malignant tumor patients who receice the chemotherapy as the observation group and healthy people as control group, and detecte serum Ccr, Scr, Urea and Cys C level. Results Cys C and Ccr level of ob servation group were significantly higher than that in control group ; Cys C abnormal detection rate of phase I and II pa tients were significantly higher than that of Scr and Urea. ConcLusion The serum cystatin C detection has positive diag nosis value to tumor chemotherapy in patients with early renal damage. |
