| 摘 要： | 为测定黄连中盐酸小檗碱含量，用耐酸性ZOBAX Eclipse SDB—C8色谱柱，在较低pH下，以乙腈-O．05mol磷酸二氢钠(磷酸调pH为2．5)(30：70)为流动相，于345nm处测定。结果显示盐酸小檗碱平均回收率为99．31％。此法简便快速，准确稳定，重现性好，成本低。

| Abstract: | To determine the content of hydrochloride berberine in Rhizoma Coptidis,acid fast ZOBAX Eclipse XDB-C 8 chromatograph was used at 345 nm with low pH value.Results:The average recovery rate was 99 31%.This method was of simplicity,quickness,exactness,stability,low cost and good duplication. |
