| 摘 要： | ①目的 探讨血浆内皮素（ＥＴ）和急性脑血管病（ＡＣＶＤ）发病的关系。②方法 采用放射免疫分析法（ＲＩＡ）测定了３５例脑梗死（ＣＩ）、２８例脑出血（ＣＨ）、１８例蛛网膜下隙出 （ＳＡＨ）病人和３０例正常人血浆中ＥＴ的含量。③结果 各类ＡＣＶＤ病人血浆ＥＴ含量均较对照组明显增高，差异有极显著性（ｔ＝５．３５～６．４４，Ｐ〈０．０１）。④结论 ＥＴ参与了ＡＣＶＤ的发生过程。

| Abstract: | ObjectiveTo study the relation between acute cerebrovascular disease(ACVD) and plasma endothelin (ET). Methods The contents of plasma ET in 35 cerebral infarction(CI), 28 cerebral hemorrhage(CH), 18 subarachnoid hemorrhage(SAH) patients and 30 normal men were determined by radioimmunoassay(RIA). Results The contents of ET in all the patients with ACVD were higher as compared with the control group and the difference was significant( t=5.35-6.44,P <0.01). Conclusion ET involved the process of occurrence in ACVD. |
