消痛散热敷结合内服中药辨证分型治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效观察

目的：观察消痛散热敷结合内服中药辨证分型治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法：将100例腰椎间盘突出症患者按随机数字表分为对照组和治疗组，每组50例。对照组采用内服中药辨证分型治疗，治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上再配合消痛散热敷治疗，1周为1疗程，连续治疗3个疗程，采用视觉模拟评分法（VAS）评价疼痛程度，观察起效时间，对比两组的临床疗效。结果：治疗组治愈33例，好转11例，无效6例，有效率88.00%；对照组治愈21例，好转7例，无效22例，有效率56.00%，两组疗效有显著性差异（P〈0.05）；两组治疗后疼痛评分比较有显著性差异（P〈0.05）；治疗组的起效时间与对照组比较有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。结论：消痛散热敷结合内服中药辨证分型治疗腰椎间盘突出症有较好的临床疗效，并能有效缩短疗程。

Clinical observation on treating lumbar disc herniation with Xiaotong San fomentation plus TCM differentiation

Objective：To observe clinical efficacy of Xiaotong San fomentation plus TCM differentiation on lumbar disc herniation. Methods： 100 patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. Both groups were given TCM differentiation treatment, the treatment group was given Xiaotong San fomentation more. Results：In the treatment group, 33 cases were cured, 11 were improved and 6 were invalid, the efficacy was 88.00%;in the control group, 21 cases were cured, 7 were improved and 22 were invalid, the efficacy was 56.00%;the difference was significant （P〈0.05）. Scores of pain and onset time in two groups were significantly difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Based on syndrome differentiation, the hot compress of Xiaotong San plus oral TCM are effective for lumbar disc herniation and able to short the treatment course. Xiaotong San fomentation plus TCM differentiation for lumbar disc herniation can shorten the course, and come with good effects.
