大柴胡汤加减治疗胆囊炎、胆石症临床体会

目的：探讨大柴胡汤加减治疗胆囊炎、胆石症的临床疗效。方法：将124例胆囊炎、胆石症患者随机分为观察组（80例）和对照组（44例），观察组采用中医药大柴胡汤加减治疗，对照组采用西医治疗。结果：观察组总有效率为92.5%，明显优于对照组的65.9%，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05），两组均未见明显不良反应出现。结论：大柴胡汤加减治疗胆囊炎、胆石症疗效显著，且不良反应少，为保守疗法中的上上之选。

Clinical experience for treating cholecystitis and cholelithiasis with Da Chaihu decoction

Objective：To investigate clinical efficacy of Da Chaihu decoction for cholecystitis, cholelithiasis. Methods：124 cases＆amp;nbsp;of cholecystitis and cholelithiasis patients were randomly divided into observation group （80 cases） and control group （44 cases）, the observation group received Da Chaihu decoction, the control group was given western medicine. The total effective rate was 92.5%, significantly better than the 65.9% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）, the two groups showed no significant adverse reactions. Conclusion：Da Chaihu decoction for cholecystitis and cholelithiasis has significant effects, and fewer adverse reactions.
